New Hampshire shows true economic innovation among the states with a Business Flat Tax. With so many other states practicing special interest economics- with "opportunity zones" and "targeted sector" -creating a country in which the state controls the means of production- Could New Hampshire be heralding the way for the re-emergence of a genuine free enterprise system in the USA?
